Mall Management Office
Mall of Abilene’s Management Office is located at the end of the corridor near Candy Crave N’ More, directly across from the restroom facilities. Friendly, professional personnel provide our customers with assistance and services to make shopping visits easy and enjoyable.

At the Mall Management Office, you will find the following:

  • Copy/Fax Services
  • General Mall Information

Open Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

Mall Security 
Mall Security is available during mall hours. If you need assistance, call (325) 446-6522. Escort service is also available to mall employees and customers.

Public Restroom Facilities
Located off the main corridor, near Tradehome Shoes.

Mall Walkers
Main entrance doors open at 7:30am (Monday-Friday), 9:30am (Saturdays) and 11am (Sundays) for mall walking. Walk 1 time around and that equals 3/4 mile!

Stroller Rental
Strollers are located in the ULTA Beauty corridor near Best Nails. You will love the fun, easy to use, vended Smarte Wheels strollers. Double-stroller Rentals are $10.00 each, Single-stroller Rentals are $8.00 each and $0.50 will be refunded upon return. Major credit cards accepted. Wheelchair Rental
Wheelchairs are available free of charge from the Mall Security Department. Please call (325) 446-6522 during mall hours. Valid ID required.

ATM Machine
Mall of Abilene has two ATM machines. One located in the ULTA wing near Shoe Dept. Encore and another located near Dante’s Pizza. Operated by Superior ATM.

Handicapped Parking
Handicapped Parking is available at all Mall and Department Store entrances.

Military/Veteran Parking
Specially marked military/veteran parking spaces are available at each of the three main Mall entrances near ULTA, Premiere Lux Cine 10, and El Chico Cafe.

Rideshare Parking
Uber and Lyft are now available at Mall of Abilene. The pick up and drop off locations are near ULTA, Premiere Lux Cine 10, and El Chico Cafe. Click on either icon below to open the app and get going!

Wi-Fi
Mall of Abilene offers free wireless internet (Wi-Fi) access to its patrons. No password required.

Jungle Adventure Children’s Play Area — SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE.
Children 42″ and under permitted and must be supervised at all times by a parent/guardian. No strollers, food or drinks allowed inside the play area. Open during mall shopping hours. Located in the JCPenney Courtyard.
