Retailer Resource Center

The health and well-being of our employees, retailers and shoppers is our top priority. Mall of Abilene will be open to the public on Friday, May 8, 2020.  Initial operating hours will be from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday – Saturday and 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm on Sunday. The Children’s Play Area will remain closed until further notice. Some store operating hours may vary from the mall.

Per the direction of Texas Governor Abbott Executive Order 29, a mask is required to enter the building effective at 12:01pm on Friday, July 3, 2020.

Store Access (effective May 8, 2020)

Store access for mall employees will be Mondays-Saturdays at 10am and Sundays at 11am at each corridor access point. All employees will need to exit the building by 8pm Mondays-Saturdays and 6pm on Sundays at each corridor access point. No exceptions.

Mail/Deliveries

Mall of Abilene cannot accept mail and packages on your behalf. We recommend you contact the U.S. Postal Service about options to “hold mail” so you can pick it up at the local post office. The store owner/manager will need to be present to accept a scheduled FedEx or UPS delivery during the mall access hours listed above.
