South STEAM: Meteorology & Weather with KRBC’s Katalina and Carter

Everyone’s invited to come and explore the world around you through Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math with your South Branch Library. Explore the world of STEAM with a fun experiment and a special visit from Katalina Bell and Carter Vandrasik who are meteorologists with KRBC. Come learn about the science of weather from two local news station professionals and also learn what it takes to become a meteorologist yourself. After meeting our guests, Ms. Bell will then lead an experiment to help illustrate what we’ve learned. Don’t miss out on this special STEAM event about the weather at your library!
