11:00 AM - 12:30 PM

Abilene Public Library South Branch

Kids and parents are invited to join the library for a great mid-morning movie where we show hits from the past and present that are rated no higher than PG. For this session, we’ll show a 2007 animated flick with the voices of Trevor Gagnon and Philip Bolden. In this film, in the Kennedy days, all the States buzz about the Apollo moon program, even the bugs. Grandpa fly Amos keeps “inspiring” his grandson and two mates, a nerd, and a glutton, with heroic stories. Now they decide to get in on the action at Cape Canaveral via an astronaut’s bread box. This film is rated G for all ages and has a run time of 1 hour and 24 minutes.
