Celebrations of the World: Dia de la Raza

Join us for the next session of Celebrations of the World, a series where kids explore global traditions through lively stories and hands-on fun. Each month, we spotlight a different festival or celebration from around the world and bring it to life through interactive read-alouds and kid friendly discussions that spark curiosity. This session is all about Dia de la Raza, a cultural observance celebrated in many Latin American countries that recognizes the meeting of different cultures, traditions, and histories in the Americas. It is often marked with music, dance, art, food, and activities that celebrate Hispanic and Latin American heritage.
