Celebrations of the World: Boxing Day

Join us for the next session of Celebrations of the World, a series where kids explore global traditions through lively stories and hands-on fun. Each month, we spotlight a different festival or celebration from around the world and bring it to life through interactive read-alouds and kid friendly discussions that spark curiosity. This session is all about Boxing Day, which is celebrated on December 26 in countries with British traditions. It was the day when employers gave “Christmas boxes” filled with gifts or money to workers and those in need. We’ll also provide the supplies needed to create some mini craft stick ornaments for the holidays.
