Buffalo Mountain District Pinewood Derby

Enter the world of Pinewood Derby with the Mall of Abilene Grand Prix. Buffalo Mountain and the Mall of Abilene host as your go-to source for the latest Pinewood Derby news, video highlights, results, live timing, in-depth analysis, and expert commentary.

Join us on the 1st of February. Race registration begins at 1:00pm and ends at 1:40pm. Track trials begin at 1:50pm. Racing begins at 2:00pm. Awards will be given at the end of the race with drivers on the podium for trophy and medal presentations. Division, overall, and design awards will be up for grabs. BSA rules and guidance will be sent out and strictly enforced, specifically related to axles and wheels. A no rules…. Outlaw division (Parents, leaders, siblings, friends of scouting) will be racing for a bucket of chicken.
