Abilene Kennel Club Presents: Match in the Mall

Date: Saturday, November 1, 2025

Location: Mall of Abilene, 4310 Buffalo Gap Rd., Abilene TX 79606 (Dillard’s Courtyard)

Schedule:

• Setup begins at 10:00 AM
• Obedience starts 11:00 AM, followed by Rally, then Conformation.

Entry Fee: $10 per entry, PRE-ENTRY REQUIRED, limit 50.

Competitions:

• Conformation: Puppy 3-6, 6-9, 9-12, Open (leading to Groups and Best in Match)
• Champions and Major Pointed Competition: Groups and BIM only, no breed level competition
• Jr. Showmanship
• Obedience: Beginner Novice A&B, Novice A&B
• Rally: Rally Novice

Additional Information:

• All entries will also be “on display” as part of AKC’s “Meet the Breeds.”
• Encouraged to bring material from your parent club, business cards, or other materials.
• NO grooming on site other than basic brushing (and you are expected to control the hair).
• Each entrant will have room for a crate and table; crates may have to be stacked.
• No exercise pens; outside area is available.
