Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and maintain an approachable and sales friendly kiosk environment.
  • Greet and assist shoppers while soliciting rental sales (standing for 4-8 hours).
  • Guide customers through rental process (includes waiver process, taking payment, providing rental animal, and giving safety instructions).
  • Clean and maintain kiosk and inventory appearance.
  • Efficiently carry out kiosk opening and closing procedures.
  • Drive sales and deliver a fun customer experience through a friendly and confident attitude while reporting to Team Lead or Area Sales Manager.
  • Tracking your own sales and working with management to achieve revenue goals.


  •    Candidates must be over 18 years of age and legally permitted to work in the US and be proficient in English
  •    1 year of retail or equivalent customer service/sales experience.
  •    Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  •    Be able to stand on their feet for 4-8 hours at a time.
  •    Ideal candidate would enjoy a busy environment and be comfortable attending to children and parents politely.
  •    Confident and friendly enough to greet passersby regularly to solicit rentals during slow times.
  •    Strong ability to multitask during peak hours and maintain a positive experience.
  •    Ability to operate an iPad POS.
  •    Employees must be able to lift up to 50lbs to move rental animals in order to adequately perform opening and closing procedures.

Sales Associate – Responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience through offering assistance when needed, ensuring product is on the floor and sized appropriately, and all customers have a quick and efficient cash wrap experience.
