Selling with CARE Responsibilities:  Provides excellent CARE service on sales floors and in fitting rooms; drives business and offers excellent CARE service by utilizing company promotions and tools; Works as a member of the store sales team to increase sales and meet or exceed all store and individual goals and Key Performance Indicators; Works respectively and cooperatively with Friends, team members, supervisor, corporate and company representatives.

Operational Responsibilities:  Operates Point of Sale register system with proficiency; Ensures visual and housekeeping standards are met per Visual Merchadising Update, Visual Presentation Guidelines and Shop Keeper expectations; Abides by Christopher & Banks ethics standards as dictated by the Code of Business Conduct. 

Required Qualifications:  High School diploma or GED required; A minimum of 1+ years retail sales preferred; Knowledge of women’s fashion, visual presentation or merchandising a plus; Knowledge of retail selling skills and strong sales ability; Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and peak business times such as company driven events; High energy, enthusiastic, self-motivated; Ability to adapt to change.

Physical requirements:  Ability to stand for entire length of shift; Ability to lift 40 lbs. and use equipment such as hammers, ladders, merchandising hardware, Dollies/two-wheelers, etc.

Responsbilities:  Makes management decisions, performs all management duties and day-to-day store operations in cooperation with and in absence of Shop Keeper and Assistant Shop Keeper.  Abides by Christopher & Banks ethics standards as dictated by the Code of Business Conduct.

Required Qualifications:  Prior managment experience in retail sales preferred; Expetise in customer service and selling; Knowledge of women’s fashion, visual presentation or merchandising is a plus.

Travel and special schedule requirements:  Weekends, evenings and most holidays required.
