Mall Management Office
Mall of Abilene’s Management Office is located at the end of the corridor between The Finish Line and Justice, directly across from the restroom facilities. Friendly, professional personnel provide our customers with assistance and services to make shopping visits easy and enjoyable.
At the Mall Management Office you will find the following services:
- Mall of Abilene Gift Cards/American Express Gift Cards
- Lost & Found (or by calling 325-668-7269)
- Copy/fax service
- Tourism information and maps
The Mall Management Office is open Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
Mall Gift Cards and American Express Gift Cards
Click here for more information on gift cards. Pick yours up at the Mall Management Office. Available in any amount between $20 and $300. Mall Gift Cards are valid at participating Mall of Abilene stores and restaurants where American Express is accepted. American Express Gift Cards are available in $25, $50, $100, or $200 increments. These cards can be used inside or outside the mall where American Express is accepted.
Wheelchairs
Wheelchair loans are available from the Mall Security Department. Please call (325) 668-7269 during mall hours. Valid ID required.
Strollers
Stroller Rentals are located in the Premiere Cinema 10 Corridor between Gordon’s Jewelers and MasterCuts. Rentals are $5.00 each and $1.00 will be refunded upon return. Major credit cards accepted. For more information, please call SmarteCarte, Inc. at 1-800-328-9006.
Mall Security
Mall Security is available during mall hours. If you need assistance, call (325) 668-7269. Escort service is also available to mall employees and customers.

Handicapped Parking
Handicapped Parking is available at all Mall and Department Store entrances.
Mall Walkers
Mall Walkers are invited to walk in the mall any day of the week. Entrance doors open Monday-Saturday at 7am and Sundays at 9am. Walk 1 time around and that equals 3/4 mile! Specialty Leasing

ATM is located in the ULTA/Chuck E. Cheese’s corridor near The Shoe Dept.

Located inside the Mall next to Mastercuts (Premiere 10 Cinema corridor) and next to the Restroom facilities near the Mall of Abilene Management Office.

Located off the main corridor, between The Finish Line and Justice.

Located near JCPenney. Our play area is tons of fun! Children 42″ and under are permitted. Open during mall hours.

Our soft seating area is located near Earthbound Trading Co. at the Premiere Cinema 10 corridor.
